Onsite termination support can be arranged across Canada for both individuals, as well as for larger downsizing situations. With the option of one or multiple coaches, we tailor the approach based on your organization’s needs. After decades of outplacement experience, we have created a system to support both the management team and the affected employee(s) including the following:
Management Team:
- Phone and email support leading up to the day of the layoff
- Guide with best practices and recommendations for the termination process
- Private consultation meeting before the layoff event to confirm employee(s) details, plan, exit strategy, and concerns
- Private consultation meeting post-termination to discuss the result, next steps and follow-up procedures
