In order to ensure a strong pipeline of talent in your department, it is a sound investment to provide coaching and training to support leader mindset, competency development, and career planning skills.
We develop a customized program for you or your employee that spans the course of 3 to 12 months and is tailored to your organization’s specific goals and budget.
You or your team will participate in a tailored program that includes group and/or one to one coaching sessions with a Senior Leadership Consultant focusing on some or all of the following areas:
- Identify leadership strengths and areas for development
- Understand, practice and begin to exhibit the competencies and leader character required to succeed as a public service executive
- Better communicate the strategic direction of your department, business strategy, and culture
- Preparation for EX-01 competitions, including soft and/or hard mock interviews
- The process and the criteria for EX-01 competitions
- The Key Leadership Competencies & (optional) Character-Based Leadership and how these are developed and demonstrated
- Statement of merit-based application, resume, types of interviews (remote video, video conference, presentation, CBL, in-person)
- The role of references and networking in the Federal Government
