Eleanor will share what surprised her, what lessons she would encourage other professionals to learn who may be going through this challenging phase, her ideas on exploring other career options, and the importance of family, friends, and your network.

Eleanor Clitheroe, born in Montreal, Quebec, Eleanor Clitheroe holds an LLB and an MBA. She is currently a candidate for Doctor of Philosophy in Theology, Wycliffe College, Toronto School of Theology, University of Toronto.
Between 1981 and 1989, she held a variety of positions with CIBC, including Vice President, Corporate Treasury. She served as Assistant and Deputy Minister of Finance with Province of Ontario, 1989 and 1993. From 1993 to 1998, she was the CFO of Ontario Hydro, including responsibility for the Ontario Hydro Pension Plan. From 1998 to 2002, Eleanor was Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of Hydro One. She is currently President and CEO of Prison Fellowship Canada.
Andrea Zanetti, MBA CHRP CCP CBP GRP graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelors degree in 1986. Her Human Resources career spans more than a decade, during which time she worked in industrial/commercial and consumer electronics fields, most recently heading the Canadian human resources function for a global consumer electronics firm. In 2009 Andrea completed full-time MBA studies at Ryerson University, where she specialized in International Business and Human Resources. She has volunteered on the HRPA Peel Chapter Board since 2008 and is currently President Elect. As part of this role she launched and now leads an Employment Networking Group that has grown to over 80 members.
