Rob Wearing

Rob is a people and culture leader with 35 years of corporate and management experience. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of organizational leadership and strategic career management roles.

As the Director of Learning and Development at Harley Davidson Canada, and most recently a partner with Durham College Continuing Studies, Rob has been trusted with developing and delivering operational and leadership training programs in addition to counseling for management, career development, and career transition. As a career and skills development subject matter expert and trusted strategic advisor, Rob is a natural at connecting the dots between business and strategy.

Rob engages employees and inspires productivity by using experiential training methods and adult learning principles. He has helped clients see limitless possibilities through solution-focused, goal-directed actions using real time strategies.
