Neal is a certified coach, a speaker and a facilitator with more than 40 years of experience helping individuals, teams and organizations take critical next steps. His experiences include training leaders and groups on how to integrate coaching in their roles.

Neal enjoys “aha” moments when people get excited about possibilities and are energized by the path forward. He understands that people learn best when they are curious, engaged, and actively involved.

Neal has held the position of Associate Director of Leadership Development with responsibilities for more than 400 staff. Neal has also taught virtually for more than 10 years and has trained over 100 speakers how to engage and train people online. He coaches beginner speakers to become seasoned presenters. Neal has created several leadership courses, as well as a series of short videos on topics such as Building Trust, How to Accomplish the Most Important and Difficult Conversations.

Neal has presented across Canada and internationally on topics of leadership, relationships and team cohesion.
