Helping people has always played an important role in Karli’s personal and professional life. Karli started her professional career working as a Program Manager for Inuit and Indigenous youth in Ottawa. When making a career change, she used her transferable skills and willingness to learn, to take a position in the Compensation Management space. Karli worked closely with senior leaders to develop new and innovative ways to engage and address the needs of her clients. Karli’s main objective in this role was helping organizations maximize their greatest asset; their people. In her current role with CareerJoy Karli strives to ensure a level of customer care ensuring the nuances of both the individual and the company are taken into account.
