Jackie is a former senior leader in the financial services sector, with a unique blend of skills and experience in enterprise risk management, business operations, and human resources. She is a certified professional coach with Integral Coaching Canada, with a deep background and extensive experience in lean transformation and cultural change. Her passion is helping leaders, teams, and organizations adapt and transform in ways that promote both personal growth and strong corporate performance.

Throughout her career, Jackie has had a consistent record of building high-performance teams that tackle complex corporate challenges and achieve breakthrough results across multiple disciplines. Over that time, she has been leading, coaching, and implementing people and process changes to shift culture and enhance performance. In particular, she has led several large-scale change initiatives focused on building programs to advance and embed capabilities to manage enterprise risks, sustain high performance, and coach leaders and teams to be successful.

She firmly believes that the greatest successes are those accomplished in teams and in the critical role of
leadership and culture in sustaining long-term impact.
