Drew McVeigh boasts a wealth of business development experience. His expertise in business development, sales, and experience in senior-level management provides him with the ability to form a deep connection with CareerJoy’s corporate clients.
Originally from Ireland, Drew studied at Queen’s University, Belfast, which provided him a solid business base for the next four decades of his career spanning both Canada and the United Kingdom.
Although Drew has spent much of his management career with multinational telecommunications enterprises, he easily relates to employees at all levels in an organization. In addition to being a part of management, his varied career includes working in a small family enterprise and initiating his own entrepreneurial venture.
Drew is a former member of the British Sport Parachute Association, and has been an avid cyclist throughout his life. He has competed in several major international cycling events, breaking a collarbone at Canada’s National velodrome and cycling the closed roads of the Tour de France’s mountain climbs two hours ahead of the official race.
Drew credits his varied career and his international management experience with giving him the tools to provide CareerJoy’s corporate clients with the practical advice and insight they need to engage career transition support.
