Angelica Aite has always had a passion for fostering cultures of innovation, transformation, inclusiveness, agility, psychological safety, and resilience.
An HR consultant and facilitator with more than 30 years of experience, Angelica has led HR initiatives at the Department of National Defence, Global Affairs Canada, the House of Commons, and the Privy Council Office, and at private firms. In those roles, Angelica advised and trained senior management and members of Parliament, Governor in Council Appointees, boards of directors, and CEOs on a wide assortment of HR policies, codes of ethics, terms and conditions, performance management, and employee relations.
Angelica’s positive outlook inspires, motivates, and builds effective and collaborative relationships with staff and clients alike. She is fluent in English and French and has authored HR publications on career development and on aging at work.
