We recognize that we are in very unusual times.
Many individuals and organizations have moved to working remotely due to the Coronavirus.
Working remotely is something that has had to grow on me since I spent most of my professional career working in an office. Once I started our firm I wanted to create a more flexible model as we are a national organization and the team does a lot of their work remotely.
During this pandemic, the choice to work from home is being made for very different reasons. It requires even more care and leadership as people make this change under these circumstances.
The key to leading & managing any significant disruption in your organization or life is how you conduct yourself. You can only lead others as you are leading yourself.
This too shall pass.
Along the road with you!
