[FLR] Why Trust In Leadership Leads to Better Employee Performance

Jan 20, 2017 – The ‘Trust’ Edition

Happy Friday!

I confess, inevitably before I go to a new restaurant (especially when travelling) I look up reviews on YELP. Why? I trust that others who have eaten there will share their experience from an honest perspective. We live in the age of trust. Great brands are built on this concept.

The most efficient way to improve an organization is through leaders focusing on following through with what they say they will do. Trust takes time, and like YELP reviews, we don’t expect a perfect score. We just expect that you and your leaders are working at making work better.
