[MMM] Why Focus Is So Important In Leadership

Happy Monday Morning,

 

September is already halfway done and for most of us in business the month of September is like the start of a new year. It is a great time to get a new sense of purpose, rethink priorities and renew your focus for the coming year. “Focus” means “point of convergence.”

 

I think that definition is so applicable to us as leaders as your job is to bring all the different elements of a business together: strategy, people, ideas, goals, and budgets. As you start this new season this is a great opportunity to work at getting all of these key elements aligned to get the most out of the potential in front of you.
