[FLR] “Thank You”: A Key Way to Become a Better Leader | Friday Leadership Report

Happy Friday,

I admit, one of my favourite dinners is a family turkey dinner. I really do enjoy as they say “all the fixin’s”. Thanksgiving is a holiday where, as a culture we are intentional of acknowledging all of the goodness and blessings in our lives.

Interesting, one simple way to become a better leader is to say “thank you” more often.

Make it a habit to tell people thank you.
To express your appreciation, sincerely and without the expectation of anything in return. Truly appreciate those around you, and you’ll soon find many others around you.
Truly appreciate life, and you’ll find that you have more of it.
