[FLR] Learning from Leaders Who Take Time to Recharge

Happy Friday!
I’m too busy. You probably are too.
Regardless, you need to take time out of your schedule for you. You’re at your best as a leader when you are rested and able to give your team your all. For some that rest is a workout, and for others it’s a walk at lunchtime. At the time you will “feel” like you are too busy. The reality is that you will have way more energy and be that much more effective by taking time during your day to recharge yourself.
And yes, you will always be busy. But you will be a busy leader who is better at their job and less stressed.
