[FLR] | Leadership and luck

Happy Friday and Happy St. Patrick’s Day or as I like to say, “Lá fhéile Pádraig sona dhuit!”
Yes, I know I am a day early. But having been born in Ireland I’m allowed to start celebrating early.
The current Taoiseach (Prime Minister of Ireland) Leo Varadkar, is the son of an immigrant Indian doctor and Irish nurse and was elected as the country’s youngest leader.
After his election last year he shared some true Irish wisdom when he said, “Leadership should never be about just one person.”
The wonderful gift and responsibility of leadership is helping others deal with their challenges and grow from them.
