Brittany, our Manager of Client Services, is a huge fan of Chipotle Mexican Grill. Anytime she is on the road & there is restaurant within 200 km’s, she’ll find an excuse to have a meal there (okay, that might be a slight exaggeration. Let’s just say she really really likes the joint.)
I also have to say, she has “converted” me. FYI – there is one located on Front Street in Toronto.
I have to say that I am rule “adapter.” I have a tendency to not always follow instructions, I am usually looking for a creative (but still ethical) way to get results. Steve Ells, CEO of Chipotle, also takes rules with a grain of salt (pun intended). Smart leaders recognize that business rules can sometimes be customized to the circumstances, and sometimes, reinvented entirely.
