[FLR] | How Great Leaders Avoid Getting Burned Out

Happy Friday!
As leaders we are often focused on time management however I think there is a more important thing to focus on: energy management.
This week, I was coaching a client and she was sharing that she wasn’t having the most focused or productive week. She expressed that she needed to manage her time better but I explained this was really more about energy management; she was simply running on “empty”.
Too many weeks of her burning the candle at both ends led to this.
What’s the solution? There are no simple answers. I do think that not expecting yourself to be at 100% every day is a good start.
Changing up tasks, schedules and expectations are 3 simple ways to manage this.
