Mr. Alan Kearns is founder and Head Coach of CareerJoy, a national professional training, leadership development and career coaching organization.

Ms. Sandra Bobkin, CareerJoy™ Senior Certified Career Coach, is a senior Leadership Development and coaching innovator. She is recognized across Ontario for her expertise in psychology, emotional intelligence, neuroscience and leadership training that has propelled numerous executives and senior professionals to a greater understanding of their behavioural impact as it applies to relationships and performance both at work and in life.
Through her service as a Senior Learning and Development Leader, Ms. Bobkin spearheaded the School of Leadership and Managerial Excellence and created Change Management programs at one of Canada’s largest and most successful financial institutions. Her depth of past experience includes helping individuals achieve greater career success through her roles counselling and coaching in the healthcare system and retail sector.
Richard Rochefort is a senior Canadian expert on service delivery excellence in the public sector. He was formerly Vice-President (Assistant Deputy Minister) of the Canada School of Public Service. His depth of Federal Government experience includes serving as a Director General at the Privy Council Office, Service Canada College and the Canadian Centre for Management Development.
Richard is a certified executive coach, excellent facilitator and outstanding public speaker and is certified in the application of various psychometric assessment tools. He has extensive experience designing and facilitating innovative conferences, strategic planning sessions, executive retreats, management forums and staff general assemblies.
Mr. Greg Zador, CareerJoy™ Senior Career & Leadership Coach, brings over 14 years of international affairs experience in addition to more than 20 years of public sector background. Building on his roots in political, international and community development, Mr. Zador has led and managed a variety of teams domestically and abroad. His depth of Management experience includes, but is not limited to:
- Senior Manager, Governance and Performance Management, Green Municipal Fund (GMF), Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM)
- Manager, Client Liaison and Partnerships, Standards Council of Canada (SCC)

Since 1992, Ms. Labelle has gained experience as a coach, facilitator, trainer, and a consultant. She successfully managed and implemented important mandates pertaining to strategic planning, culture change, multicultural integration, innovation and leadership. In consulting, Ms. Labelle had completed several interventions in training, change management, leadership, process management, public communication, organizational development and strategic planning.
Ms. Labelle has conducted executive coaching, mentoring and career transition coaching for the Development Bank of Canada, Parks Canada, Pharmaprix, Kronos and Accenture. In addition, she was a Management Coach at Bombardier Aerospace and a Mentor Coach for Concordia University PPCC. She also has experience training in change management, leadership, innovation, coaching, teambuilding, time management, client service, impact messages, project management and ethics with National Defense, Canadian Center for Management Development, Development Bank of Canada, CSST, Royal Trust, LGS and Bell.
For two consecutive decades, Ms. Jill Kirson, CareerJoy™ Senior Certified Career Coach, has served as a career coach/counsellor and senior Human Resources Manager at several distinguished Academic Institutions, Federal Agencies and private sector firms in the United States and Canada.
A master of empowering senior executives and legal professionals to achieve their full potential, Ms. Kirson’s extensive depth of counselling experience includes coaching graduate level students at American University, The George Washington University and the Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. Ms. Kirson served as a Career Coach and internal recruiter for Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt, LLP Business Law Firm, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). What’s more, as a former Manager of Recruitment and Retention, her expertise includes recruiting senior executives and litigation professionals, talent management, executive training and leadership development and succession planning. Currently, Ms. Kirson sits as the Vice Chair for the Ontario Association of Career Management (formerly the Association of Career Professionals, Toronto) further enhancing her comprehensive engagement with the latest, most cutting edge international coaching and professional development trends.
