[MMM] The 3 Most Important Words For Your Career In 2015 | Monday Morning Motivator

Welcome to the first Monday of 2015.

I have been thinking about what I could share with you that would summarize the most important things to focus on this year. There are three things:

Courage: Bravery, valor, fearlessness, intrepidity, nerve, daring, audacity, boldness, grit.

Adaptability: Versatile, modifiable, convertible, alterable, adjustable, changeable; multipurpose, all-purpose.

Resilience: Buoyant, strong, supple, tough, hardy, pliable, rebounding, elastic, irrepressible.

For me, these traits are the “holy trinity” of the pathway towards having your most successful year. We truly have no concept of what lies ahead in ones personal or professional life. Having these in spades as a part of your professional toolbox (pun intended), will be fundamental to achieving your full potential this year.

“Mudita is word from Sanskrit and Pali that has no counterpart in English.

It means sympathetic or unselfish joy, or joy in the good fortune.”

My wish for you this year is Mudita. I hope that 2015 brings a year full of courage, adaptability, and resilience, and ultimately, profound joy.

Mudita, along the road with you!

Alan
