Good Monday morning,
It’s really really busy at the gym. The good news is that February is here and things havechanged.
According to the social scientists at Facebook, check-ins with the terms of “gym & fitness” starts to drop around the 3rd week in January & continue to drop into Feb, stabilizing in March.
It’s the fifth Monday of 2015. How is your New Years resolution coming along?
Here’s an interesting pie chart showing stats around resolutions that were mentioned on Twitter. The peak day for “Twitter resolutions” is – you guessed it – on Jan 1st, with a steep drop off on Jan 2.
What I found interesting is that the stats around personal growth, learning & finances make up around 31% of the resolutions. Work & health related resolutions are tied as the areas that we most desire to see changes in our lives.
Did you start the year all excited about making some substantive changes in yourprofessional situation? You may have desired to deal with this in January & feel somewhat frustrated with the actions you have taken so far.
The good news is that it is never too late and never too soon to get in “Career Shape”. Feel free to set up a complimentary quick coaching call. We can work with you to help create a personalized program to help you achieve your professional goals this year.
Committed to change, on the road with you.
