[FLR] Why Leaders Should Say Thank You More

Oct 6, 2016 | The “Thanks” Edition

Happy Friday,

Thanksgiving weekend is one of my favorite times of the year. It is an opportunity to connect with family & friends and celebrate all that is good. The first Thanksgiving was celebrated October 1621. The Plymouth Colony Pilgrims were sharing their appreciation of assistance with the first harvest from the members of the Massasoit tribe

As a leader, you are looking for ways to motivate & get the best out of your team. One word, spoken in the right situation will make all the difference,

Thanks.
