[FLR] Why Leaders Get Their Timing Wrong

Nov 25, 2016 | The “Timing” Edition

Happy Friday,

Today is Black Friday, the day when you can buy 60 inch flat screen TV for $129. You may have had to be in line since 2 am to get it and hopefully you didn’t get trampled on the way in. In many ways Black Friday is a bit of a ruse, in fact a lot of retail pricing shows that there are cheaper and less stressful times to purchase that TV Screen then black Friday.

Smart consumer and smarter leaders understand that timing is not always what it seems.

Knowing when your team is prepared and ready to take advantage of the full opportunities around them is a key leadership characteristic.
