[FLR] "Which comes first? Position or preparation?" | Friday Leadership Report |

Happy Friday,

When I was a Cub, Scout, and Venturer, the key lesson that has stuck with me is “be prepared.”

Girl Guides and the Scouting movement are both at the very heart, leadership organizations. In fact, they are the largest leadership development organizations for Youth. Being prepared for change, opportunity, and to take the the right action is fundamentally a key leadership attribute.

I hope the following articles will be helpful as you think about this leadership principle…

It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.”
