It turns out you can teach an old dog new tricks. I was recently fascinated by a discussion about two of the world’s greatest investors Charlie Munger and Warren Buffett. Both men are committed lifetime learners; it helps with decision making and it keeps them young. Smart leaders are lifelong learners.
