Today is Working Naked @ Work Day. I am not suggesting that you should be going to work with no clothes on, but there is truth that the “Emperor has no clothes”. Strong leadership is about being appropriately vulnerable.
Brené Brown defines vulnerability as uncertainty, risk & emotional exposure. The more human you are, the more vulnerable you will be. “If you are alive and in relationship and in business, you do it hourly.
The great Emperors expose their vulnerability through transparency because that’s what makes them great leaders.
