[FLR] The Emotionally Intelligent Guide To Disagreeing with Your Boss

Dec 9, 2016 | The Disagreement Edition

Happy Friday,

Let’s face it, we are not always going to agree with our boss. I think your leader will appreciate push back from time to time about key issues. I find when someone in my team pushes back, at first I may react, but then I remind myself that my team is strong and they care enough to share an alternative opinion.

In many cases their perspective adds to the idea and makes it better. To me, if you work for a person that you cannot disagree with, it’s time to go find a better a leader to work for.
