[FLR] How To Lead People Who Are Feeling Defeated

Nov 18, 2016 The “Disappointed” Edition

Happy Friday

It happens to even the best leaders – an unexpected result. Hilary Clinton’s loss, as many have stated, was the greatest political defeat in current history. Quite frankly, it was unprecedented.

There are many things I admire about Hilary Clinton. One of the key leadership attributes she has is resilience. She has dealt with many personal and professional disappointments, and yet she has the ability to get back on her feet, pursue ideas and causes that she believes in.

This is true confidence and strong leadership.
