[FLR] "How Highly Successful Leaders Get Out of Ruts and Into Gear" | Friday Leadership Report

Happy Friday,

Having recently started mountain biking, I am now much more familiar with ruts.

When biking, there are good ruts; those take you down a path which is proven and has been well tested. There are also bad ruts; those that are frustrating or even dangerous, those that can slow you down or take you off the better path

Organizations sometimes run into ruts as well. Leaders need to pay attention to both kinds of ruts and know when to stay on the same track and when the heck to go a different direction.
