[FLR] 6 Habits To Support Better Mental Health For Leaders

Happy Friday!

This week is Mental Health Week in Canada. For anyone who has experience either personally or through a friend, colleague, or family member, then you understand the complexity & challenge around mental wellness. Wellness may start at home but is deeply impacted by where we spend the best part of our day – at work

According to a survey on workplace mental health by the Canadian Mental Health Association, 52% of Leaders are not walking the talk. 42% of organizations are doing poorly with managing workplace mental health. You can download the results here.

It’s time to #GetLoud!

One great place to start is creating a healthy work environment. If the individuals on your team have that “right fit” in their work, they will be more engaged, productive, satisfied, and feel less stress.
