“I love my boss.”
Think of the last time you shared this sentiment. I am obviously not talking a romantic love; I am speaking of a deep sense of appreciation and respect that one can have for their leader.
As we celebrate Valentines Day weekend, think of the leaders from your past and present who you could say that about. They are few and far between in one’s career.
Let me ask you a question – did you do your best work for them?
I know that I did, and I am fairly certain you did as well. What are you doing today to be the kind of leader that people deeply appreciate and respect?
