Kevin has over 20 years of business experience as a leader and entrepreneur in the high technology sector. He has held senior management positions in Sales, Business Development and Operations.  Before joining CareerJoy, Kevin served as Vice President of Business Development for Overlay.TV. Prior to Overlay.TV, Kevin was Vice President of Global Sales for Lumenera Corporation. Leading up to Lumenera, Kevin served as CEO and Co-founder of Zequra Technologies and CEO of Oursoftware Ltd. In 2003 Kevin was the recipient of the “Top Forty under 40” awarded by the Ottawa Business Journal for his commitment to professional excellence and contributions to the community. Kevin holds an MBA from McMaster University and a BA in Mathematics from Queens University.  Kevin is a world-class skier and always manages to find the best deals on hotels.

What’s your favorite thing to do on a hot summer day?

Hang out at the cottage with my family and wish for winter so I can ski a steep, deep powder run.

What’s your most endearing quality?

Optimism - Everything in life happens for a reason that can lead to bigger, better and happier times.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

Ski Instructor and run my own ski company.

What’s one of the most daring things you’ve done?

Jumped out of an airplane.

What’s your biggest pet peeve?

People who take too long going through airport security.  Why can’t they remember to take the change out of their pockets and remove their belts?

Your three favorite desserts?

Crème brulee, cheesecake and watermelon.

Absolutely Coke of the diet variety.
